Depressed : There are several answers depending on the situation. The most common resolution of this is forgiveness of things in the past, supportive therapy, and most of all reconciling your responsibility with your emotions. Often people use anger as a maladaptive way to bully other people and get their way, and any confrontation of an angry person often puts the confronter in the fire of the same behavior.

Exercise: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
