Get involved: If you feel depressed - consider getting involved with things you enjoy. Develop your creative side. Volunteer - there is nothing that will put your life into perspective better than serving those who have less. If you don't believe you can trust those you associate with - either get a reality check about how trustworthy they are or start to widen your circle by developing new relationship
