No...: Any other abnormalities on the lab results? The AST is high normal. ALT is elevated. are you have any physical symptoms? ie abdominal pain? You should still follow up with your PCP to discuss your results and see if there are any reasons that might be causing the elevation? aslo compare with past labs to see if there is a trend?

No danger: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no imminent risk from what you mentioned. Do not take Tylenol or alcohol. Discuss all your medications with your doctor.
