Woke up with double vision. went to ent to rule out ear problems. ct came back ok?slight pain, and pressure behind right eye & right temple?

Talk to your doctor: Any process which causes double vision and pain/pressure behind one eye should be evaluated with MRI with contrast. Talk to your doctor. There are several possible diagnoses, and one should be considered seriously, that is a treatable inflammatory condition called tolosa-hunt syndrome.

Double vision: See an ophthalmologist to determine whether the double vision is due to an optical problem, eye muscle balance issue, or a neurological problem involving the nerves from the brain that control the movement of the eyes.
