Talk to your doctor: Any process which causes double vision and pain/pressure behind one eye should be evaluated with MRI with contrast. Talk to your doctor. There are several possible diagnoses, and one should be considered seriously, that is a treatable inflammatory condition called tolosa-hunt syndrome.
