Need evaluation: Given the pattern of the infection that tends to complicate with pneumonia, a medical evaluation is recommended as symptoms do progress fast in specific cases. Imaging may be needed as well. Best to coordinate would be your local GP, otherwise an urgent care facility/ ER is recommended.

Chest pain: I agree with Dr. Pasniciuc. You need emergency evaluation for difficulty breathing, blue lips or new onset confusion. In the meantime you can consider use of acetaminophen or an NSAID.
