Cysts in Scrotum : It is highly unlikely that you have cysts on the testicles, but have cysts in the tubing going from the testicles into the prostate gland. These cysts, often called varicoceles or hydroceles are scar tissue that you developed earlier in your life. As you age this scar tissue can get irritated and swell for a time. They usually resolve without any intervention.
