Most likely benign..: Despite medical advance, most of medical care is still based on indirect evidence resulting from continual collection & analysis of available experience. Within this in mind, a reasonable approach to ascertain what a suspected lesion may be but with no 100% guaranty. Thus far, a testicular cyst could be followed conservatively with periodic palpation, US, & even blood tests for 1-3 yrs; then....
