my daughter (6yrs) woke up this morning with high fever 37.5 degrees and she complained with a sour throat and a bit of a running stomach. what can i do to help her?

Fever: i would try to treat the fever with tylenol(paracetamol) or ibuprofen alternating one of these every 3 hours. REST, increase her hydration. Diets with soft foods or liquids would be best at this point as well. hope this helps

Low grade fever: 37.5C is actually low grade fever. As indicated by my colleague maintaining good hydration is key and antipyretic agents as mentioned. If not improving or fever worsening you might need to take the child to a doctor to rule out tonsillitis which might need antibiotic treatment
