I honestly don't know what is wrong. i have been to doctor after dr but haven't had a full body or head scan yet but i just know something is wrong. drs thought it was my thyroid but it came back normal so it has to be something else?

Not that uncommon: You have to be as accurate as possible regarding your actual symptoms. Keep a log if needed. Anxiety may make it difficult in reporting. Stick with your doc. Sometimes it is impossible to diagnose conditions in very early stages.
