My 14 month old is currently on nan 3 opti pro and i also have parmalat growth 1+ for ages 1 to 3 years, which i haven't given her yet. just wanting to know which would be better for her.

Cost: Both are known to be good sources of nutrition for toddlers aged 1-2. Nan costs more. If you decide to transition, do so slowly over 1-2 weeks to avoid upsetting her gastrointestinal system. (decreasing the Nan while while substituting with parmalat). A 14 month old should be eating 3 meals/2 snacks daily and drinking 500-600ml per day. (given after the food, preferably in a sippy cup)
