Hi i am 16 years old and i started my adolescence at age 12 and i think i will end it by 17. i wanted to know how much more growth is left in me? i am i tanner stage 5 i guess and my height is 175 cm or 5 9?

The best way to verify further height potential is an x-ray of your wrist/hand. There are growth plates at the ends of the bones that close at various times and if open here it can help predict further growth. If closed you are done. If you grew less than 2.5cm in the past year you are near the end/more than 5 cm you may grow taller.

If you are indeed Tanner 5 in all areas, there is not much hope for further growth, perhaps 2-3cm at best. Your height is perfectly fine. though. so nothing to worry about.
