Are there any at home remedies to keep a hernia, i think inguinal, from progressing? i have a bulge that comes and goes in lower right abdomen near groin.

Eval: Please be examined by your PCM or a general surgeon. This may well be an inguinal hernia but it needs to be definitely diagnosed. You will also be assessed to determine if surgery is indicated. There really is not a home remedy for a hernia.
