I have diarrhoea, nausea, hot and cold chills, dizziness for the past 2 years, all the dr gives me is antibiotics and says it's a bacterial virus. no matter what i eat or drink this happens often. my dad and grandad died of colon cancer recently.

While your family history is suggesting a malignancy, your symptoms are not typical of cancer, but rather alternate conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease. Work up will be best directed under the care of a gastroenterologist who can also perform tests as needed.
