Insufficient informa: You did not specify which side of the chest and that makes it difficult to adequately give you a good answer. If it is on the left side it may be something to check out by a doctor to make sure your heart is okay. Are you coughing? If you are coughing it may be pneumonia. It may be COVID 19.
