Unlikely: COVID transmission is unlikely in these circumstances even though the exact type of transmission is still disputed among scientists as being airborne vs droplet.

COVID 19: This sounds like a low risk scenario. If your sister is a hosptial worker - she might want to throw her clothes into the laundry as soon as she gets home from work.
