Was riding in the same car with a person that has now been tested positive for covid 19. the ride was about 25 minutes while all of us were wearing cloth masks on the 30th of june. i have a mild cough could it be covid19?

Maybe/not: Masks in general do reduce spread of the virus from infected persons. You may or may not have been exposed at that time or during another unrelated encounter. A dry cough is one of the primary symptoms of covid that would appear anywhere from 5 to 14 days after infection starts, if you ever have symptoms at all.
