I have been battling to sleep so got myself some somnil but today have had a bad headache and have tried taking somnil and not helping with anything could i take an adcodol to ease the headache and try help me sleep?

Insomnia: Adco-dol is Paracetamol-doxylamine-codeine-caffeine. Codeine is pretty hard core. Have you considered just taking Melatonin?
