hi doc someone who i was in contact with 7 days ago, just told me they tested positive. i had tonsillitis two days later after being in contact with this person. could that be a sign of covid?

It could be: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches.

Agree with Dr. F: Please contact your doctor by phone for further evaluation and mechanism for testing in ZA.
