Good evening doc just wanted to find out been in close contact with my colleague wum tested positive covid m a paramedic we have worked 4 shifts together also traveled in closed non ventilated ambulance for plus minus 600km should i go on quarantine?

Yes...: It sounds like you have been within 6 feet of your colleague for longer than 15 minutes. Did you always both have masks on? If so, your risk is less. But, you should definitely quarantine for 14 days and monitor for symptoms. If you develop any symptoms, you should get tested ASAP. Good luck to you!!

COVID 19 concerns: I would quarantine. CoVID 19 testing would be also valuable since you work in the medical field.
