Had a stroke 7yrs ago' being getting pains on effect side (right) when sitting on the couch ' lower back 'leg and both knees pain. knees pain in the morning when i get up. lower pack and leg pain is constant.

Pains : It is unfortunate that you are going through this .As you know a stroke can affect muscle strength on one side of the body. When doing everyday tasks after a stroke the body compensates and muscle can strain and joints can get inflamed. This may be helped with physical therapy.
