The back of my knee hurts and pain and even more do after i get up from lying down or getting up after sitting. it's only the right side. pain also moves to front and side of knee. please advise if there is reason for concern. thank you?

? Knee joint: Arthritis, can happen on one side only due to a sprain or trauma, which can pass unnoticed in the beginning, try to apply knee braces and take NSAIDS, unless contraindicated, if no improvement see your doctor for for more history and physical examination, best wishes
