Nasal saline: Nasal saline and cool air mist humidification may help to relieve the congestion. Avoid feeding the baby lying down and monitor his temperature. If there is a cough and fever, please see your pediatrician. Usually upper respiratory infection resolve within one week. Watch for signs of dehydration, vomiting and encourage fluids.
