Maybe: Typical and proper bite splint therapy should help resolve muscles in days, not months. Occlusion must be corrected, if possible, in conjunction w splint therapy. There are many issues at play here and many philosophy's on treatment. Try a dentist trained w pankey institute or peter dawson center if treatment results are minimal or ineffective.
