A member asked:

When you use a mucus removal spray and you take a shower and have a runny nose after the shower does the saline drain out of your nose and when you use the spray does it stay in your nose or is it just a medication ?

That depends: That depends. If you use a nasal spray that decongests than it will just help from producing more of that mucus. If use nasal saline spray or warm shower -each of those will help the nasal mucus that is there to drain out.
