Chest pain : May be reflux- try famotidine/ prevecid, less likely cardiac- if you still have periods, unless strong family history-could check EKG/ echo . May be asthma check peak flow, In age of COVID 19 would get tested . Rarely may be other lung issues or lymph nodes issues liek lymphoma ( get chest xray). F/u/ w/ MD

Cause of symptoms?: Recommend being assessed medically. COVID 19 sx's: cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. Get EMERGENCY care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion.
