Go see your doctor: I assume your ct scan & pulmonary function test were normal but that doesn't explain why you're using a bronchodilator/inhaler. How do you know your thyroid is normal? Your fast pulse may be due to an overactive thyroid, your use of bronchodilator, anemia (cause of unusual tiredness & slight lightheadedness, too), fever (you didn't mention your own temperature), etc. Heavy breathing could be pneum.
