Temporary fix: Anxiety is a powerful emotion. Taking medication such as Diazepam and pain relievers can temporarily give you a calming sensation, but is not truly addressing the cause of your anxiety. Call your regular Dr for assessment of Anxiety. They can prescribe a medication that is specific for anxiety and refer you to a counselor who can work with you on recognizing and managing triggers and much more.
