Had strep throat a week ago, it's gone. but i still keep waking up every morning with a 100-102 fever. i feel fine except for the fever every morning?

Fever: Were you tested for strep throat with positive lab result? Did you take antibiotics for this? If yes, were all antibiotics taken? If not tested for strep & it was a presumptive diagnosis - it might not be strep. Let your doctor know. You can sometimes be infected by more than one organism.
