Can you have strep throat and not get a fever? i have blisters on the back of throat and my body aches. it started sunday morning, but no fever yet.

You can get strep: without a fever, however this doesn't sound like strep, which doesn't usually have blisters. This sounds like it could be Coxsackie virus, which is treated symptomatically, not with antibiotics. Please see your doctor to be properly diagnosed and treated.
