Prediabetes: Prediabetes is a condition that has come into vogue in the last several years. Many people in that category never go on to develop actual diabetes. It is recommended that prediabetics eat no concentrated sweets(sugar, candy, pastries, sodas, etc) and reduce complex carbohydrates(bread, pasta, rice, pizza, etc). Get to ideal weight, exercise regularly if able and get yearly checkups. ? consult dietician.
