See your Dr.: Abdominal pain in PCOS can almost always be traced to an Ovarian Cyst. The severe abdominal pain you describe may indicate that the cyst has ruptured. It is important that you consult your Dr. They may do an ultrasound to determine if your ruptured ovarian cyst is bleeding or has some other urgent factor that may need treatment.
