I have a piercing pain on my chest it comes and it goes. its like i have a ball in my chest. i have tried to drink milk but its still there?

Chest pain: Although many of the conditions that cause chest pain in your age group are not that serious, I think you would be better off getting at least a minimum workup including a chest x-ray, EKG and echocardiogram. There imaging studies might be helpful depending on how these tests turn out.
