If chest pain occurs: very quickly, would be c/w esophagus issues/esophageal spasms as part of your response to what you are swallowing. This can occur with anything. Coordination of esophageal muscles (like rest of body) to achieve the peristaltic swallowing response is complex & coordinated by mind/brain. Internalized past history, no matter how seemingly hidden, always plays a role. Yet, Hx offered was very limited.
