I live in nj, where covid numbers are reasonable now. is it safe to get a routine dental exam and cleaning or should i postpone it?

COVID numbers: It has always been safe to be seen at a dental office... dental offices have been practicing stringent infection control and universal precautions (masks, gloves, etc) for decades. Now, even more controls are in place, most importantly that patients will be spaced out to avoid contact with each other. You will not be catching COVID at your dentist's office.

Safe: Dentists have always been extremely conscious of your overall health, and to make their offices a safe environment. They are at much greater risk of getting the virus from you than you are from them. wait until you see the new safety features that Dentists have added. While there are no guarantees, Dental office safer that the supermarket, meeting a friend, going clothes shopping, etc.
