Tested for covid-19 on wednesday and i am still waiting for my results. i started getting chills (body is shaking) yesterday just wanted to know what can i use to stop the body chills.

COVID 19: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion.
