I was tested for covid-19 after being sent home from work with a fever and still haven't received my results. i feel fine but i have been running a fever and occasionally have chills. should i be concerned?

Await test/stay home: Avoid use of Motrin and use Tylenol to treat the fever. Rest, drink fluids and stay home. Your symptoms may be consistent with the flu or COVID 19. Watch for signs of cough, shortness of breath and muscle aches. If there is significant worsening, please see the Emergency Department.
