Likely not a cure: Most dryness is chronic but the use of lubricating drops will take care of the symptoms and any possible damage. If the problem is simply dryness, you do not need that combination drop which includes an antibiotic. Over the counter lubricating drops should do fine. Do not use drops that say "gets the red out" as these are drying.

Dry eyes n blepharitis. Seen 2 eye doc. Always give FML, (fluorometholone) lubricants. Sick of frequent eye inflammation, use eye drops daily n clean eyelid. Any cure?
Had full eye exam including dilation 4 dats ago. All is well. I have chronic dry eye for years. Today left eye vision is cloudy. I put drops in but not helping. Doc isnt open until Monday. Any idea what this is? Vision is ok.
