What can i do if i have extreme acid reflux on a daily basis? i do take 0mez in the morning, but i don't get any relief from it.

I would also recommend no liquids before bed and if you wear a dental appliance during sleep consider the use of a protective baking soda-xylitol ‘Retainer gel’ to counter the effects.
