Why does my acid reflux symptoms always seem to get worse after a rainy day? can i do anything to prevent it? i take omeprazole 20mg daily.

Rhinitis?: A trigger for gastric irritation and subsequent reflux is swallowed mucus from post-nasal drip. Alternatively, postnasal drip can worsen an already irritated throat from GERD. This will cause pain in the back of the throat, a sensation of having a lump in your throat, or cough/vocal cord irritation. Weather changes can be trigger for non-allergic rhinitis.
