Careful food choices: This could be food allergies. I would be careful with bread and liquids. Some warm liquids may improve passage of food. You should consider chewing all foods thoroughly prior to swallowing. A complete exam by your physician is advised. Prior to your appointment, I would suggest a food diary of food eaten to possibly identify foods that cause your symptoms.
