Im a 51-year-old man. i hurt my neck 2-months ago. since then, more than occasionally, i have minor pins and needles in my left pinky and moderate pain w/neck extension. no right side symptoms. any home treatment, any ideas? i saw a neuro already.

Diagnosis needed: An MRI of your cervical spine would be diagnostic if your symptoms are caused by a bulging intervertebral disc or osteoarthritic spur causing a radiculopathy. If present, turning your head to the left may provoke symptoms. If these were present, home traction therapy could be arranged and should help. Wearing a soft neck collar may reduce neck discomfort.
