Gray zone call.: Symptoms may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. However, if you are going to be interacting with sick people might be best to get tested.

Covid19: Your symptoms are not classic for covid19 but, as you know, there are many atypical presentations. Since you're working in the hospital I think you should be retested for covid19 and also for influenza if your symptoms persist. Isolate yourself either way until results are obtained in fairness to your coworkers.
