Rule Out Physical: Although anxiety can cause many physical symptoms, it is important to consult a medical doctor before assuming psychological factors. Then, if there is no clear diagnosis, symptoms like fatigue, intestinal problems, dizziness and headaches could be due to anxiety and/or depression. It would be wise to consult a qualified psychotherapist.

Yes, but...: there may be medical factors causing these symptoms. Must rule out physical problems, eg., hormonal, infection, meds you may take etc. before saying all are due to anxiety. See your pcp for exam and proper diagnosis. If evaluation is negative, ask for referral to a mental health processional for guidance. Meantime, try to lower your stress as much as possible. See: http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/info/anxiety/what-causes-anxiety.php I hope this helps. Best wishes
