Lately my whole body breaks out into an inch. it starts at my head and moves to the rest of my body, especially down my back. there is no rash or flakey skin. it's just really itchy and last a few minutes. scratching it doesn't help?

Many conditions: An antihistamine may be helpful. Use a gentle fragrance free soap and eczema lotion. If the symptom persists, please follow up with your PCP. Itching may also indicate a parasitic infection or gallbladder disease. Keep well hydrated, drink fluids and monitor your temperature. If you develop vomiting, chills, fever, please see your PCP right away.
