Recently found out (after years of having iih) that my empty sella is actually only in appearance and is actually third ventricle herniation into the sella - is weight loss / diamox still the treatment? will third ventricle retract once better?

Pseudo tumor: Diamox is still first line treatment. If things go right the ventricles shuold return to a more normal anatomical position.
