VP shunt : If your eye sight is getting worse even on acetazilamide, then next step is VP shunt by neurosurgeon. Consult to your eye doctor regularly i. E. Twice a year for your eye sight exam and evaluation of papilledema. If your headache is not controlled on high dose acetazolamide, the next step is VP Shunt. Talk to your doctor about it.
