Ear pain: You could have a middle or external ear infection. You could have blocked Eustachian tube with build up of pressure. You might have an upper respiratory infection. If you have any fluids leaking out of your ear be seen. You could try with a decongestant to see if that helps. See a physician if pain continues.

Ear pain: Ear pain is typically from the common things such as ear canal infection (swimmer's ear) or middle ear infection. Allergies can cause middle ear fluid too. Eustachian tube dysfunction possible. Lymphadenitis of periaricular lymph nodes possible or some type of arteritis.
