Fruits, vegetables.: Your baby is at the age where she should be starting solids, in addition to breast milk or formula. Try mashed avocado, ripe mashed banana, sweet potatoes, applesauce, some rice cereal. It takes time, don't stop trying. When babies nurse the tongue thrusts outward. So in starting solids it takes a bit for baby to learn to take food in and swallow. Patience, and you will be rewarded.
