Mono-like: Sounds like a mononucleosis-like syndrome, which can have many causes, from epstein-barr virus. Cmv, toxoplasmosis, HIV and so on and so on. Go see a pcp and be thoroughly evaluated. This cannot be diagnosed over the internet.
