Maybe: All teens have a few palpable lymph nodes in the neck. I don't know why his cheeks are swollen, but junior does need to have his acne treated with something strong enough to work -- if you fail to do this, this will be a cause of regret / resentment for a lifetime. Acne is non-lifestyle-related, a grave social problem and can result in lifelong disfigurement. Please get with a scientific physician.
